General Information
Registration for Fall 2014/Spring 2015 begins May 1st and goes for the month of May by mail.  Please see the
sections below on how to register, how to pay, and where to send the form/payment.

Cost is $80 for cash or check, $82 if paid by credit card (due to fees by Paypal). This fee includes both the fall
and spring sessions.  
Refunds are given to those written requests postmarked prior to 7/1/15.  Requests
postmarked prior to 7/15/15 will receive a 50% refund.  Refund requests received
7/16/15 or later will not be

Volunteering discounts.  Due to a high number of no-shows for the 2 hour volunteer shifts, we unfortunately
will be charging full price until the commitment has been filled.  You will then receive either the $10 single child
or $20 total for two or more children discount back after the commitment has been made.  

This does not apply to coaching, ass't coaching, or reffing.  If you sign up for a one of these volunteer
positions, you can immediately deduct $20 for a child/ $25 total for 2, $30 total for 3 or more children.  Receive
one free registration for filling a board position.  If you sign up for a 2 hour shift, please pay the full amount and
you will be reimbursed after your shift.  Make sure to include a volunteer sheet with the position circled
(Download the volunteer sheet below.)   Unfortunately the majority of our costs are fixed so if you child only
plays either fall or spring only, the fee remains $80/82.  

We accept cash and checks made out to Byron Center AYSO or credit card through Corduro .  Bring or mail
credit card receipt as proof of payment by credit card.

How To Register:
Due to the new state law, we must collect the Concussion Awareness form signed by both a parent and player,
regardless of player age.  If mailing in your registration form, make sure to download the concussion form below
and mail in with your registration form.
You may register  ways
  1. Sign into eAYSO and register online. If your child has played in previous seasons, the data will be
    retained.  Just ensure data is correct and print (we still need the form for the coaches).  Then mail form
    and check (or Paypal receipt) to the address listed below. as the data is accurate and already in the
    system for us.

What bracket does my child play in?
Age Guidelines for Fall 2015 and Spring 2016

Players must have be 4 years of age by August 31 2015 to be able to play. Due to liability, there are no
exceptions to this.  The following guidelines show what bracket they will play in.  The U stands for Under.

How to pay by Corduro.
We now accept credit card payments through Corduro  There is a $2 charge per registration that we are
charged from Corduro.   Select the number of players registering and whether it is a standard registration or, if
you are coaching/asst coaching at least one of your children's teams or are a
trained referee (or plan to be) for
us.  Contact us if you are paying for more than 3 players.

Print off a copy of the Corduro  payment and send it along with your registration form (See "How to Register"
above for registration options).
