General Information
Cost is $70 for cash or check, $72 if paid by credit card (due to fees by Paypal).  Refunds are given to those
written requests postmarked prior to 7/1/12.  Requests postmarked prior to 7/15/12 will receive a 50% refund.  
Refund requests received
7/16/12 or later will not be honored.

Volunteering discounts.  Due to a high number of no-shows for the 2 hour volunteer shifts, we unfortunately
will be charging full price until the commitment has been filled.  You will then receive either the $10 or $20
discount back.  This does not apply to coaching, ass't coaching, reffing, board or board support positions.  The
registration fee is $70 per child and is for both the fall and spring sessions.  However, if you sign up for a one
of the above mentioned volunteer positions, you can deduct $10 per child.  If you sign up for a 2 hour shift,
please pay the full amount and you will be reimbursed after your shift.  Please make sure to include a volunteer
sheet with the position circled (Download the volunteer sheet below.)   Unfortunately the majority of our costs
are fixed so if you child only plays either fall or spring only, the fee remains $70/72.  

There is a family discount available for 3 or more registrations.  The first 2 registrations are full price.  All
remaining registrations for the same household are $35 each.  

We accept cash and checks made out to Byron Center AYSO or credit card through Paypal.  Bring or mail
credit card receipt as proof of payment by credit card.

How To Register:
Due to the new state law, we must collect the Concussion Awareness form signed by both parent and player,
regardless of player age.  If mailing in your registration form, make sure to download the concussion form below
and mail in with your registration form.
You may register one of three ways:
  1. Attend registration events.  These dates are posted on this site and listed in school bulletins.
  2. Sign into eAYSO and register online. If your child has played in previous seasons, the data will be
    retained.  Just ensure data is correct and print (we still need the form for the coaches).  Then mail form
    and check (or Paypal receipt) to the address listed below.  This method is preferred if you can't
    make the registration events as the data is accurately already in the system for us.
  3. Download the registration form (pdf) from here or pick one up at the Byron Township offices.  Fill it out
    and mail form and check (or Paypal receipt) to the address listed below.  Don't worry about Region info,
    Player ID number, or player weight/height fields.  This is the least preferred method as it requires reading
    handwriting and more data entry.

What bracket does my child play in?
Age Guidelines for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013

Players must have be 4 years of age by August 31 2012 to be able to play. Due to liability, there are no
exceptions to this.  The following guidelines show what bracket they will play in.  The U stands for Under.

Volunteer Form
How to pay by Paypal.
We now accept credit card payments through Paypal!  There is a $2
charge per registration that we are charged from Paypal.  Select the
number of players registering and whether it is a standard registration or,
if you are coaching/asst coaching at least one of your children's teams or
are a
trained referee for us.  Please note:  by the 3rd child, the family
discount is equivalent to the coaching/ref discount.  Contact us if you are
paying for more than 3 players.

Print off a copy of the Paypal payment and send it along with your
registration form (See "How to Register" above for registration options).
